There’s a NEW APPLE which is faster, cheaper, has a bigger memory, and didn’t fall out of a tree..

It was recently announced by Steve Jobs, CEO of APPLE Inc. This new iPhone model will connect to the internet faster, display a range of new applications and features, and will be available over an expanded distribution range.
Jobs and Apple are looking to establish the iPhone as a MAJOR consideration in the cellphone industry.

After selling six million iPhones globally since its entry into the cell phone arena, Apple is expecting BIG NUMBERS, 10 million phones for 2008, which would indeed place it in the upper echelon of cellphone producers, but don’t expect Apple to be left unchallenged for top place in this field!

Take Google’s ANDROID for instance. Android is Google’s open source operating system for mobile devices, and is guaranteed to make waves in the marketplace. Soon to be included on systems such as LG Electronics, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola it’s doubtful the price will be anywhere near $199.00

Some call Jobs a “maestro” essentially convincing the world to buy iPhone “beta” at $599.00 a phone, even though in fact it was a slow device and more of a “status” piece than it was a ”value” buy. Lets justs say you paid for the ambiance

Here’s the REALLY interesting part for many consumers..

Originally, Steve Jobs /Apple got  $12 - $18 per contract from AT&T and $599 per phone, so Apple did very well on that initial offering. However now it’s rumored that the contracts were revisited and Apple will now get a subsidy from AT&T somewhere in the range of $200 per phone. AT&T does very well on this deal by locking in the phone buyers on a minimum 2 year deal paying $69.99 a month which is their cheapest plan. If you follow the stock market there’s your answer for Apples 2% drop on June 9.
